Em 2023, o lema \u00e9 \u201cSe precisar, pe\u00e7a ajuda!\u201d. \u00c9 uma quest\u00e3o de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica com grandes consequ\u00eancias sociais, emocionais e econ\u00f4micas. Embora alguns pa\u00edses tenham colocado a preven\u00e7\u00e3o do suic\u00eddio no topo de suas agendas, muitos permanecem n\u00e3o comprometidos.<\/font><\/p><font size=\"3\">\n<\/font><p><font size=\"3\"><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\">Conversas significativas e seguras podem ajudar a espalhar uma mensagem de esperan\u00e7a. Atrav\u00e9s da a\u00e7\u00e3o, podemos desempenhar um papel de apoio \u00e0s pessoas em sofrimento.<\/font><\/p><font size=\"3\">\n<\/font><p><font size=\"3\"><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\">Por isso, estudantes e institui\u00e7\u00f5es do ensino superior da Cidade Universit\u00e1ria se unem para realizar o Circuito de Sa\u00fade Mental, com um bate papo sobre autocuidado do universit\u00e1rio e diversas oficinas que visam o bem-estar, o movimento e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade!
